People who find it challenging to express their voice, their truth and/or live authentically. 

Spiritual seekers ready to connect their 2nd & 5th chakra and enable sacred creative energy to be fully expressed. 

Fellow Sound Healers, Yogis & Teachers who want to learn more about Mantra Meditation & experience group chanting. 

Anyone experiencing chronic neck, jaw pain or ear pain, or Hip/Lower back pain unrelieved by physical, conventional or  esoteric therapies.

What will I learn, receive & experience?

Techniques for vocal health and vocal warmups. 

Stretches and massage techniques for releasing tension in the neck, tongue, and jaw.

Healing  practices and mantras to balance the Sacral Chakra.

Participation in a supportive and healing vocal toning circle

Identification of blocks and limiting beliefs in connecting to your voice

Receive a personalised healing affirmation

Learn & Practice 2 powerful mantras

• Mantra to Saraswati - Goddess of Creativity & language.

Your Guide:
